Michael Sachs







Michael C. Sachs is the Assistant Vice President and Dean of Students at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. A multiple award-winning public speaker, Mr. Sachs has presented at numerous institutions and conferences across the country on topics such as student engagement, student learning outcomes assessment in student services, health and safety, and many others.

Mr. Sachs earned both his Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor Degrees from the University of Southern California. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration from Michigan State University and a certificate in supervision from Cornell University. In addition to his academic degrees, Mr. Sachs is licensed attorney in the state of New York, a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional, and serves as a compliance reviewer and presenter for the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE).
