Exhibitor Information

Thank you for your interest in supporting SUNYCAP and joining us at our 2018 Annual SUNYCAP Conference June 13th – 15th taking place at Greek Peak Mountain Resort in Cortland, NY.

Full Conference Package $995 includes:

• Registration Fee
• 6ft Table in Exhibit Hall
• 90 second sales pitch to Directors of Admission at the conclusion of their meeting Wednesday (approx 12:30pm)
• Business card size ad and profile write-up (100 words) in the conference program (*larger ads are available)
• SUNYCAP Conference Gift Bag
• Single occupancy lodging for one representative on Wednesday and Thursday evening. For all other reservations please e-mail Angela Wesley at awesley@brockport.edu and we can invoice you.
• SUNYCAP is not responsible for incidental charges.
• All refreshment breaks, social events and the following meals: Wednesday dinner, Thursday breakfast, lunch and awards dinner, and Friday breakfast.

Commuter Conference Package $765 includes:

• Registration Fee

All registrations will be submitted via the registration form. Once your registration has been successfully submitted, you will receive an invoice from SUNYCAP. Your invoice can be paid by credit card, bank transfer, or by mailing in your payment.

We have a cap of 20 vendors per the space available in the Exhibitor room.

SHIPPING & RECEIVING Info: If it is necessary for you to ship materials to the hotel, it is imperative that you observe the following instructions to ensure proper handling of your materials. The sales office must be notified with the following information at least one week prior to shipping so adequate space for storage can be secured.

Packages must be claimed at the front desk. No packages will be put in the meeting room prior to the event unless they are claimed. Greek Peak Mountain Resort assumes no liability for packages shipped but not received, nor damaged packages.
