EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION IS OPEN!!

A Full Conference Package $995 includes:

  • Registration Fee
  • 6ft Table in Exhibit Hall
  • 90 second sales pitch to Directors of Admission at the conclusion of their meeting Wednesday (approx 12:30pm)
  • Business card size ad and profile write-up (100 words) in the conference program (*larger ads are available)
  • SUNYCAP Conference Gift Bag
  • Single occupancy lodging for one representative on Wednesday and Thursday evening. For all other reservations please e-mail Meredith Chapman at mdchapman@nccc.edu and we can invoice you for additional attendees.
  • SUNYCAP is not responsible for incidental charges.
  • All refreshment breaks, social events and the following meals: Wednesday dinner, Thursday breakfast, lunch and awards dinner, and Friday breakfast.

Commuter Conference Package $765 includes:

  • Registration Fee

Online Registration Will Close May 9, 2019.

All registrations will be submitted via the registration form. Once your registration has been successfully submitted, you will receive an invoice from SUNYCAP. Your invoice can be paid by credit card, bank transfer, or by mailing in your payment.

SPONSOR A WORKSHOP! Increase your face-time with the conference participants by sponsoring a workshop—complete the workshop request via the Exhibitor Registration Form.
