Exhibitor Information

Thank you for your interest in supporting SUNYCAP and joining us at our 2017 Annual SUNYCAP Conference June 14th-June 16th in Lake Placid.

Full Conference Package $975 includes:

•     Registration Fee
•     Table in Exhibit Hall    
•     Business card size ad in the conference program      
•     Single occupancy lodging for one representative on Wednesday and Thursday evening. For all other reservations please e-mail Angela Wesley (awesley@brockport.edu) and we can invoice you. (additionals nights will be billed at the conference rate of $135/room)
•     All refreshment breaks, social events and the following meals: Wednesday dinner; Thursday breakfast, lunch and awards dinner; and Friday breakfast.
•     SUNYCAP is NOT responsible for incidental charges


Commuter Conference Package $675 includes:

•     Registration Fee
•     Table in Exhibit Hall
•     Business card size ad in the conference program
•      All refreshment breaks, social events and the following meals: Wednesday dinner; Thursday breakfast, lunch and awards dinner; and Friday breakfast.

**Important Info**

We have a cap of 27 vendors per the space available in the Exhibitor room.

Crowne Plaza does not have a loading dock:
Shipments should be mark & consigned as follows:

**If a shipment over 60 lbs is coming to the Crowne Plaza, the hotel must be notified one week prior. The shipment must be made between 8am-3pm. If the Crowne Plaza needs to provide assistance, they must be notified one week prior and will charge a $35/per person per hour fee. The Crowne Plaza will not accept shipments more than 5 days out from the conference.


All registrations will be submitted via the registration form. Once your registration has been successfully submitted, you will receive an invoice from SUNYCAP. Your invoice can be paid by credit card, bank transfer, or by mailing in your payment.

Additional sponsorship opportunities are also available including attendee scholarships, refreshment break(s), Director of Admissions Dinner, Awards Banquet, Social Events, etc.  Please Sandy Drumluk directly to discuss the details.
