This year, there will be seven (7) open Executive Board positions:

TREASURER (Term of office: Two years): Responsible for the collection of fees and dues. They shall have charge of all funds, and shall deposit such funds in a bank or other repository designated by the Executive Board. Such money shall be disbursed only by the Treasurer and the President for such bills that have been approved by the Executive Board. The Treasurer shall keep an accurate account of their transactions, render a detailed report with vouchers at any meeting of the Executive Board and submit a report at the annual meetings.

UNIVERSITY CENTER REPRESENTATIVE (Term of office: Two years): Member at large - Represents the views of their respective constituent groups, encourages active participation of members and encourages membership from non-members. Representatives also take an active role in SUNYCAP committees and special projects as assigned.
