The Associate Director of Admissions is a key member of the enrollment management team. Reporting to the Dean of Enrollment Management, the Associate Director provides day-to-day oversight of file review and recruitment operations, and directly supervises members of the professional staff. Working in partnership with the Associate Director of Admissions for Operations and the Systems Analyst, the Associate Director works to continuously develop new ways of improving admissions processes, raising the academic and artistic reputation of the College and communicating more effectively with the prospective student audience while positively contributing to the campus community. 

The Associate Director oversees the admissions processes for all Purchase College degree programs including freshman, graduate, international, and transfer admissions, including admissions to the conservatory programs in the arts. Working closely with the Dean, the Associate Director helps to develop data-informed recruitment and application strategies and acts as liaison with faculty members and administrators across campus to achieve goals. The Associate Director creates a positive and collaborative work environment through example, clear communication, and mentoring. 
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills are required as well as a positive attitude and the desire to make positive and meaningful changes to improve the admissions experience for prospective students to Purchase College.
