The Director of Freshman and International Admissions

• reports to the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management;

• is responsible for the overall leadership and supervision to the outreach, recruitment, scholarship, and admissions efforts of freshman and international applicants, to include marketing and communication, Welcome Center, alumni relations, scholarships, and territory management within the state, nationally and internationally;

• contributes to the enrollment, diversity, and internationalization goals of the university through the intentional expansion of recruitment efforts into key international and out of state markets;

• makes admission decisions, in collaboration with the Director of Admissions Operations and the AVP for Enrollment Management, to shape the freshman class, in an effort to meet yield and enrollment targets, and support university enrollment initiatives; and

• leads a management team focused on outreach, recruitment and scholarships for freshman students.
